Abstract

 

ABSTRACT

The objectives of this research are 1) to study the efficiency on administration and management of the secondary schools in Bangkok-noi district, Bangkok according to the four Path of Accomplishment (Iddhipadas); 2) to compare those with such efficiency, classified by personal factors; and 3)  to study the problem, obstacles and suggestion ways of applying the four Path of Accomplishment(Iddhipadas) to develop the efficiency of the administration of the secondary schools in Bangkok-noi district, Bangkok. This research was conducted by using the survey research methodology. The data were collected by questionnaire. The sampling is 355 persons who came to receive the service from the secondary schools in Bangkok-noi district, Bangkok and was done by multistage sampling technic.The data analysis was conducted by utilizing the program designed for social science research. The analysis for personal data is done by statistics such as mean ( ), percentage, average, and standard deviation (S.D.). T-test was used to test the average difference between two groups and F-test by one way analysis for variance (One-way ANOVA) was used to test the difference between of average value from three or more groups. The test of the difference of the Means in each pair was done by Least Significant Difference : LSD. And qualitative studies with an in-depth interview being applied to the sample who granted data.

The findings of this study are as follows

1. The efficiency on administration and management of the secondary schools in Bangkoknoi district, Bangkok according to the four Path of Accomplishment (Iddhipadas)was generally at the high level ( X = 3.97). When considered differently, it was found that was the highest of all.

2. Regarding the comparison of the efficiency on administration and management of the secondary schools in Bangkok-noi district, Bangkok according to  the four Path of Accomplishment (Iddhipadas)by personal factors, the data showed that the staff who had different gender, education, position and income, held different attitudes. Nevertheless, in general, their attitudes were much different; this follow the research hypothesis. whiles gender, age, and experience held different attitudes. Nevertheless, in general, their attitudes were not much different; this did not follow the research hypothesis.

3. Problems and Obstacles found that : The efficiency on administration and management of the secondary schools in Bangkok-noi district, Bangkok according to the four Path of Accomplishment (Iddhipadas). Some people were also disgusted with the duties and tasks assigned. Sometimes no effort.Under pressure from the administration and teachers.In practice, sometimes the lack of attention to the task. And some people do not have the bugs out of the way the next time.

For suggestions such as : To be could be gained by the staff who had an aspiration or a will to work regularly and desired to make their work more and more efficient. This also included their diligence, effort, strength, endurance, concerned and persistence. They should also realize their assigned duty by working with thoughtfulness, attention and concentration, including sincere devotion. Finally, they should apply their wisdom to consider, reasoning and examine the weaknesses in each work along with well-planned strategy, evaluation and improvement.
